In-Person Referral Partner

Australia (All locations)

We are actively seeking expressions of interest to become a Hazel In-Person Referral Partner.

We’re looking for Gynaecologists, Endocrinologists, Pelvic Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Pain Specialists and other Healthcare Professionals who have extensive experience in treating women’s health conditions such as Endometriosis, PCOS, Menopause and Period and Pelvic Pain to join our interdisciplinary network and provide In-Person services for the Hazel patient community.

Hazel is Australia's first all-in-one digital platform dedicated to providing comprehensive care for women's pain.

For too long, we’ve been taught to accept our pain as a fact of life, neglected by a healthcare system largely designed for and by men.

Hazel is building a future for healthcare with women and people assigned female at birth (AFAB) at the centre. We are putting pain in the front seat and tackling pelvic pain symptoms and gynaecological conditions, from painful periods and sex to endometriosis, PCOS menopause and more.

The Hazel platform is purpose-built to deliver a range of products, tools, and clinical services that empower patients to become their own advocates, take control of their health and access meaningfully better healthcare. Combining the best of lifestyle and medical expertise to create comprehensive care for pain down there.

We're on a mission to close the gender pain gap,
one patient and one provider at a time.

Our care ethos is built on listening and empowering women to take an active role in their health, and this same ethos extends to the healthcare professionals who are the heart and soul of the care Hazel is able to provide. Be a part of our movement to build a more equitable and empowering future for women.
