That’s why we created a space just for you. If you’re looking for mental health support from professionals who truly understand the complexities of women’s and people assigned female at birth (AFAB) mental health, we’re here to help.
A session with our expert female psychologist is a supportive and understanding place to begin.
Women’s Mental Health
Almost 50% of Australian females will experience a mental health struggle at some point in their lifetime. Despite this figure, many of us are still suffering in silence. We know that this is largely a result of the stigmas that are wrongfully associated with seeking support for mental health. They act as a barrier for many women and AFAB individuals from receiving the help they need.
We believe it's time to make a real change. The mental health of women deserves to be a top priority, and we’re committed to putting it first.
Psychology at Hazel
Using a range of diverse psychology tools and techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy (aka CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (aka DBT), and more, our Hazel psychologists have created a warm, safe environment for you to dig deep and talk it out with experts whoI care and listen.
