Please note:
Medicare rebates are available with a Hazel GP and when you have the appropriate referral and care plan, for psychology and dietetics services. If you're referred by your GP, Hazel can work with them to ensure the necessary paperwork is in order. Many private health insurers also offer rebates for telehealth services, so we recommend checking with your insurer to confirm. If you have further questions, feel free to contact our care team.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions, answered
Can I claim any part of my Hazel appointments on health insurance?
It depends on your health insurance provider and policy. Some funds offer rebates for services like psychology or naturopathy, so it’s a good idea to check with your insurer to see if you're eligible. Hazel does not process insurance claims directly, but we can provide you with invoices for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
