Alice is a Somatic Sexologist and Sex Counsellor who helps people improve their intimacy, deepen their connections, and navigate sexual and intimacy-related challenges that may arise.

With a deeply rooted passion for empowering clients on their journeys of self-discovery, Alice works with women and people assigned female at birth of all ages and experiences to address factors that impact their sexual happiness, including painful sex, vaginismus, vulvodynia, sexual exploration, mindfulness and communication.

Through creating a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed space, Alice helps her patients to achieve happier, healthier, and more fulfilling sex and relationships – whatever that may mean for them. Alice graduated from the Institute of Somatic Sexology in 2022 and has continued to explore her passion for sexuality and mental health by writing and speaking on a range of sexuality topics in her monthly column, and previously working as a Lifeline Crisis Counsellor.

Alice has also appeared in Cosmo, Body&Soul, Stylist, Fashion Journal, Men’s Health, Daily Star, Mamamia & Popsugar (among others), and has worked with numerous companies and universities to help remove the taboo surrounding sex education. As a founding graduate of the Future of Sex Sextech School, Alice founded Vulva Dialogues in 2020 to further empower women to learn more about their bodies and prioritise their own sexual happiness.

When Alice isn’t working, you can find her travelling, drinking wine, moving her body, or frequenting nude beaches in Sydney.
