Meet

Edith

With over twenty years of experience as a psychologist, Edith has a deeply rooted passion for assisting women and people assigned female at birth in managing their mental health and well-being through evidence-based practices.

Understanding the impacts our physical state can have on our mental health, Edith’s specialised knowledge has enabled her to empower women and people assigned female at birth to foster a positive relationship with themselves and others.

Edith also encourages her patients to focus on aspects of their life they can control (and understand the areas they cannot), and improve their quality of life whilst living with chronic health conditions through the use of supportive therapeutic techniques, dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and more.

Her warm, motivating, and understanding approach to psychology enables her to dig deeper than surface level, allowing her to support her clients facing mental health challenges as a result of physical conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, menopause, chronic pain and migraines.

When Edith isn’t working, you can find her with her hands full with her identical twin girls and her adorable Siberian Husky, Bear. In her spare time, you can find this seasoned traveler scouting the best American BBQ, paying a visit to Melbourne’s most highly recommended restaurants and social hot spots, and curling up on the couch with a good book or movie.
